I can't view that here but I am familiar with his writings on DMT.

It just occured to me reading that there, that though I've long heard about the links between DMT and NDEs, and the similarities to the states described in the Bardo Thodol (the Tibetian Book of the Dead that (I'm sure you know!) The Psychedelic Experience is based on), I never really considered how the chemical when released indigenously (in the body) links to the soul - in that the soul would, if reincarnating, obviously move someplace else and not be attached to the body.

Makes me think of things like, the superstring folds and weaves of the fabric of timespace itself, and how a physical molecule can make your soul go out the top of your head - but then somehow end up in another body someplace else..

Maybe some similar research could be done with Ketamine and dissassociatives, since they get a lot of reports that they facilitate OOBEs (including when administered in hospitals as aneasthetics, when the dose hasn't been strong enough to actually make them fully unconscious) - so it'd seem that it's fairly easy to get the mind / soul? unrooted enough from the physical body that it can observe the body from outside it.

It'd be useful to be able to make maps of how those K states you can get into interface with the DMT states. I haven't had the chance to get hold of any K yet so I can only go on what I read others write up about it. I have had OOBEs though, without taking anything at all.
(note to online pharms: why don't you sell it?)
