Pharmacotherapy and cognitive liberty.

I felt uneasy reading the new article in TIME about the neurology of addiction and the research underway to 'medicate' or 'cure' addicts, then I read an in-depth policy report by R. G. Boire in the Journal of Law and health called NEUROCOPS: THE POLITICS OF PROHIBITION AND THE
FUTURE OF ENFORCING SOCIAL POLICY FROM INSIDE THE
BODY
and it made sense.
Zach Lynch says "This report is a "must read" for anyone concerned or interested in the future of liberty in an age of ever advancing neurotechnology."
