Cannabis Activism, Health Freedom, Ron Paul & The Left
I tend to assume that folks reading a blog about 'psychedelic topics' are already gung-ho and excited for a US Ron Paul administration but I realize that some are still 'on the fence' and not quite comfortable with this particular candidate, perhaps because you disagree with him on certain issues, as you should. For you, I offer this article to digest;
Letter To A Liberal Friend:
The Left and Ron Paul
To everyone else... you may have heard about the full page High Times ad to appear next month for the good doctor's campaign, but die-hard Paul supporter, Marc Emory, has placed Ron Paul on the cover (as well as a folded poster insert) of his most recent issue of Cannabis Culture magazine promoting Paul's campaign. Emory, currently the world's leading cannabis activist and Canadian citizen, will end up in a US prison for life for selling world-class cannabis seeds, unless Ron Paul becomes president because Ron Paul will:
End the war on drugs
Allow medical marijuana laws
Legalize industrial hemp
Pardon non-violent drug-offenders
Abolish the DEA and drug-czar's office
(and, of course, end the war in Iraq).
I honestly agree with the sentiment that the "Ron Paul Revolution" would be more properly be called the Intelligent Revolution. And if you agree that the medico-pharmaceutical industrial complex is as dangerous (or even much more so) than the military industrial complex, than you will LOVE this editorial:
Ron Paul Revolution to Restore Health Freedom to America
Good luck in the caucus tomorrow! ;)
