Free every non-violent drug-offender?

Yes. That is what Ron Paul said he would try to do as president. He devoted a large portion of his speech at USC Tuesday to talking about the 'war on drugs.' It was an impassioned speech for an even more impassioned crowd. G. Edward Griffin, author of the historic book, The Creature From Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve, gave a five minute intro too.
